I had a superior queen room. The room included a very useful mini fridge. The bed was definitely comfortable. The room size was quiet and spacious.
The price was a little high, I thought. Still, the hotel offered a good overall value.

The staff was very HELPFUL with directions and suggestions for local restaurants. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The morning coffee was a really nice touch. I appreciate the convenient location. It made exploring the area easy.
The gym was a bit dark. it needed BETTER lighting.

Amazing Midtown Stay!

The location is superb! Subway access is very close. I received two complimentary water bottles daily, such a great perk! There was also free coffee available in the morning. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was a restful experience.
The room lacked a refrigerator, even though it was listed as an amenity. This was a bit inconvenient!

Jeff, the doorman, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He provided directions with a smile. Anya at the bar gave great service. She makes amazing drinks. Keenan D provided excellent customer service. He was attentive and efficient.
